One L1fe

AI health coaching app

Five apps measure you. One L1fe tells you what to do.

Your watch, lab reports, training app, food log and doctor's letters each know a part of you. None of them reads the others. One L1fe is an app with six AI coaches that read them together and turn them into a plan for today and the years ahead.

Launching in 2026 on the App Store and Google Play.

Run easy for 40 minutes instead of the hard session.

Your resting heart rate is 54. Your usual is 48, and your iron was low on the last lab report.

The problem

Each app judges you against an average. None of them reads the others.

Tuesday, 7:10. You slept seven hours and still feel flat. Here is the same morning twice.

What your apps say
Your watch

Sleep score 82. Good night.

Your training app

Today: intervals, 6 × 800 m.

Your lab portal

Ferritin 22 ng/mL. Below range.

Three answers that don't know about each other. So you guess.

One L1fe says

You're not short on sleep. Your resting heart rate is 6 beats above your usual and your iron is low, so hard intervals today would cost more than they give.

One answer, from everything you measure, against what's normal for you.

Measured for you

Measured for you, not the average.

A resting heart rate of 54 is normal for most people. If yours has sat between 46 and 50 for six months, 54 tells your coaches something. Your Digital Twin knows the difference: it is a model of you, built only from your own data.

How it works

Your data builds a Digital Twin. Your coaches read it.

Connect what you already have. The Twin learns what normal looks like for you. Your AI coaches plan around it, today and for the long run.

Connect what you already have

WearableLab reportsTrainingNutritionHealth Record

Your wearable syncs on its own. A lab report becomes biomarkers that you check before they enter your record. Blood panels, microbiome and genomic tests all count.

The Longevity hub in the app: ferritin and vitamin D outside their reference range, with the coach's note right under them.
02

The Twin learns your baseline

Every reading is compared with your own history, not an average: sleep, resting heart rate, weight, blood markers and biological age, one tile per hub.

Gaps stay visible. A missing day is never guessed.

The Digital Twin screen: one tile per hub, sleep and resting heart rate shown against your usual values.
03

Your coaches plan your days

A morning brief on training and fuel, dinner ideas in the evening, a reminder when your blood test is due and a plan to race day that moves when your data does.

Week 1 of a 16-week marathon plan: easy run, intervals and strength, with meals around the sessions.

AI coaches

Six coaches, one record.

Each hub has its own AI coach, and each reads the same record from its own angle. Ask one coach, or bring up to five to the Round Table for one joint answer.
